The Buckpack Company customer service department exists to care for its customers, and to ensure that you receive courteous, enthusiastic, and expert assistance with each and every contact.

Please include your packing slip using the returns form on the back to explain why you are returning the item and if you want a refund or replacement (shipping charges are refunded for damaged or defective items only).


Phone orders: If you would like to place your order by phone, please call 888-388-2825. We are here from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mountain Time) Monday through Friday.

Fax orders: You can print our order form and fax your order to 970-375-1936. Please include a return fax number and telephone number in case we have questions about your order.

Mail orders: If you would like to pay by check or money order, print our order form and mail your order to us. Please include a phone number should we need to contact you about your order.

How can I get more information on a product?
Simply e-mail service@buckpack.com or call customer service for more product information.

How do I order online?
Anything you see on our website with a price can be ordered on line. Just go to the bottom of any product description and fill in the quantity you want in the “quantity” box. Then click on the “Add to Order” button. The desired item will be placed in your shopping cart. When you are done shopping, click on the “checkout” button, and follow the directions. You will need to give us your name, billing address, shipping address, and credit card information. We handle the rest!

How do I pay?
When ordering online, you must pay by credit card. We accept Visa®, and MasterCard®. We will not charge your card until we ship your order. Checks or money orders are accepted for mail orders.

How is my package shipped/When will I get it?
The Buckpack Company ships to addresses in the United States via Standard Ground. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. If you have special delivery instructions, shipping needs, or other limitations on shipping we should know about when processing your order, please call Customer Service at 888-388-2825 or email us at service@buckpack.com. Please call 888-388-2825 for package weights, availability, and rates outside the contiguous 48 states.

What about backorders?
If an item is on backorder, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please provide us with your phone number and e-mail address when ordering. We will let you know the expected arrival date of the item and suggest a possible alternative.

How can I cancel my order?
We ship most orders within 48 hours—if you need to cancel your order, please call our customer service department at 888-388-2825 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MT) Monday-Friday. If we can’t catch the order before it leaves the warehouse, it can be refused at your door if delivered by UPS, or returned to our warehouse for a full refund.

Can I return an item?
If you are not 100% satisfied with a product from us, you may return it for an exchange or refund. Delivery charges are refunded if the mistake or damage was ours. Return instructions are located on the reverse side of your original invoice. Returns must be insured parcel post or insured UPS. Sorry no COD’s accepted. If you have questions about your return, please call our Customer Service Department at 888-388-2825 during business hours.
